@luisabrasil1 I have the same problem, I can hear this right before I go to sleep. Mine’s really quiet at the moment. But I don’t listen to loud music or anything like that D:
i hear this but higher pitch, i listen to red noise and it cancels it out

I hear it all the time because my tinnitus is very loud. Take care of your ears. Do not listen to loud music otherwise it will be worse. You are lucky you only hear it before you sleep.

ah man I would love this kind of tinnitus. Mine is high pitched. Louder at times.

Since 2002 I’ve been reading on the Internet about all kind of treatments but I’ve never read a testimonial – from someone who HAD tinnitus and was cure 100% after a treatment.
Here in Germany I was at specialists many times. I’ve tried my health insurance to cover the expenses of a re-training treatment but they refuse to pay.
The AOK (health insurance) mention that tinnitus is not a sickness and it does not stop someone from working….
